I have always made it a point not to recommend auto shops, etc. to my friends and neighbors. It has always been my experience that the place that did a good job for you will inevitably disappoint your friends making for an awkward situation. Well, I am breaking my rule! I have actually found an auto repair place that I trust AND would recommend to my mother! R&E Automotive is amazing! Located in a very unassuming warehouse-style building, they offer HONEST auto care/repair. We have used them several times and they could have easily told us our issue was a much more expensive fix. They have saved us a great deal of money and frustration. Not only did they fix a problem of mine, but they also gave me an oil filter and did not charge me for the filter or labor, etc.! I WOULD RECOMMEND R&E TO ANYONE! Do yourself an enormous favor!! Give these guys a try the next time you have a need. They are knowledgeable, HONEST, ethical, and reasonable!!
